Meet CIAN
Cian Waters brings a rare kind of guidance to The Longevity Camp: one rooted not in performance, but in presence.
After training in classical culinary arts and working as a chef in Ireland and the United States, he reached a point where high-pressure living, overstimulation, and inner disconnection could no longer be ignored. At twenty-five, he left for Nepal alone, without a phone, without a plan, and without knowing when he would return. There, through silence, breath, stillness, and deep listening, he began a profound process of stripping life back to what is essential.
Over the years that followed, Cian lived between Nepal and Europe, guiding people through yoga, stillness, sound, food, tea, and the art of doing nothing. His work today continues through community life in Ireland and through a philosophy centered on one core truth: wellbeing does not always begin by adding more. Often, it begins by removing noise.
Through The Longevity Camp, Cian translates that wisdom into a practical and deeply human Lifeshift Live format — helping modern people slow down, soften inner tension, and rediscover the clarity that emerges when life becomes a little quieter.
- Stillness and the art of doing nothing
- Breath, silence, and sensory awareness
- Communion with nature and inner ecology
- Practical rituals for clarity and nervous-system reset
- A gentler path back to balance and presence
Why Mindset & Resilience Matter
Modern life conditions people to stay in constant input: screens, noise, urgency, stimulation, reaction, information, and speed. Over time, this creates a subtle but powerful form of inner disconnection. The mind becomes crowded, the nervous system stays activated, and even moments of rest can feel inaccessible.
Often, what people describe as stress, fatigue, overwhelm, emotional noise, sleep disruption, or a lack of clarity is not simply the result of “doing too much.” It is also the result of never fully returning to stillness.
Cian’s work helps people shift from internal overload to deeper presence, so they can:
- Soften the effects of overstimulation
- Reconnect with breath, body, and awareness
- Become more conscious of what they consume through the senses
- Restore moments of inner quiet in the middle of ordinary life
- Build simple rituals that support clarity, calm, and long-term wellbeing
At The Longevity Camp, this becomes a practical path toward wellbeing and longevity — one based not only on adding more tools, but on learning when and how to subtract what no longer serves. That principle sits at the heart of Cian’s Lifeshift: remove noise, and truth begins to return.

The Science Behind It
Cian’s Lifeshift Live sits within TLC’s wider framework around breath regulation, nervous-system balance, restorative practices, sensory awareness, and behaviour change. While his language is poetic and deeply human, the experience resonates strongly with modern conversations around stress physiology, attention, recovery, emotional regulation, and the value of repeatable daily rituals.
- Breath and parasympathetic regulation
- Nervous system downshifting and recovery
- Silence and attention as restorative practices
- Sensory input as a contributor to emotional and cognitive state
- Small behavioural rituals as the basis of lasting change
The aim is not to over-medicalise the experience. It is to offer practical tools that people can feel in their bodies and sustain in real life.
