He began his rowing journey at 18 and quickly made a name for himself in the sport. Competing in the Tokyo Olympics during the COVID pandemic was a significant challenge, as he navigated several months of health anxiety and finished just outside the medals in fourth place
After the Games, Rory fortified his mind through therapy, education, and transformative shifts, ultimately earning back-to-back World Championship titles and an Olympic Gold Medal in Paris.
Now retired from competitive rowing, Rory dedicates his time to coaching working professionals and aspiring rowers through online health and fitness programs while also pursuing corporate speaking opportunities. He is passionate about showcasing the power of the mind and how effective communication and adaptability will help individuals reach their full potential. Morgan Bolding

Morgan grew up in care. His mother suffered from schizophrenia, and his father, a refugee from the Bosnian war, was absent and living in Canada. Lacking any apparent sporting talent, Morgan’s dream of competing at the Olympics seemed impossibly distant.
However, at age 11, he discovered rowing; a demanding sport and the perfect outlet to channel the resilience he’d forged through his turbulent childhood.
This resilience proved instrumental in overcoming the relentless failures and hardships of elite sport. Mike Maric
Ex-World Champion in Deep Diving, Doctor, and Public Speaker in Breathing and Meditation Techniques
In 2001, Mike entered competitive free-diving, joining the Croatian national team for the AIDA World Championship. In 2004, he set a new World Record by swimming 120 meters during the International Championship in Croatia and later broke the National Record in dynamic apnea with fins, reaching 150 meters.
The Italian Olympic Committee awarded him a gold medal for athletic merit. Mike has shared his story on National TV, hosted a series called “Around the World in 80 Islands,” and featured in the Discovery Channel documentary “Liquid Man.” After earning a degree in Medicine, a specialization, a master’s, and a Ph.D., he became a Professor at the University of Pavia, teaching in various departments including Sports Medicine. In addition to being a freediving trainer, Mike provides counseling in breathing techniques, helping athletes across different disciplines improve their performances. After graduating Cum Laude in Clinical Psychology from the University of Padua, followed by a master’s degree in Clinical Psychotherapy at the same university and Neuroscience Training at Dalhousie University in Halifax (Canada), Andrea became, at the age of 25, the youngest director of a Psychology center at the Brescia Clinic.
He has been a Clinical Psychology instructor at Padua, Scientific Director, and neuroscience researcher at Thimus Inc. in San Francisco.
In 2021, he embarked on a new journey, founding Strobilio, a company specializing in the use of neuroscience for sustainable environmental and social development. A recognized public speaker, in the spring of 2024, he published his first book, “A Wild Mind,” whose podcast surpassed 1.5 million downloads. Alba Chiara De Vitis
Wellbeing Fragrance Designer. Mathematician, AI Expert
Alba holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Pavia, where she specialized in molecular design. She later earned a Ph.D. in Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence at INRIA in Sophia-Antipolis, France. She is a faculty member in the Olfactory Experience for the Luxury Industry master’s program at Istituto Marangoni.
Her unique expertise combines molecular analysis with an understanding of fragrances’ profound effects on the limbic system, enhancing mood and emotional well-being. Alba’s immersive creations harmonize environmental and emotional interactions, transforming spaces into catalysts for positive mental states. Internationally renowned Athletic Trainer, university professor, researcher, and basketball enthusiast, Francesco Cuzzolin has served as an athletic trainer for some of the most prominent LBA teams, including Benetton Treviso, Virtus Bologna, and Olimpia Milano, where he holds the position of Performance Director
Additionally, he has been the athletic trainer for the Italian National Basketball Team, the Russian National Team, and the Toronto Raptors (NBA). Since 2019, he has also been a professor of Theory and Methodology of Team Sports Training at the University of Udine.

Willy Mulonia
An adventurer by vocation and entrepreneur by obligation
Adventure has been the primary tool guiding his journey of self-awareness and learning. Among his most notable adventures are cycling solo for 30,000 km from Patagonia to Alaska and becoming one of only 100 people worldwide to reach Nome (Bering Strait) in the dead of winter on a Fat Bike, covering a distance of 1,000 miles (1,600 km).Since 2018, he has been an instructor at the ITI Winter Training Camp in Alaska.
Over 20 years, he has guided more than 5,000 clients to the world’s most remote locations: Patagonia, the Canadian Rockies, Nepal, Tibet, Ethiopia, Oman, Japan, and the deserts of Atacama (Chile), Sahara (Morocco), and Gobi (Mongolia).

Leon Bedrač
PhD, Head of Nutrition Sciences at The NU
Leon is at the forefront of the fields of nutrition science, dietary supplements, and exercise physiology. In the realm of sports nutrition, he has worked with numerous high-level professional athletes, including an Olympic medalist in biathlon, a world champion in longdistance triathlon, UEFA Champions League football players, top-tier basketball and handball players, and an Olympic medalist in sport climbing. Leon provides ergogenic dietary supplements to optimize athletic performance across various disciplines.
He is an internationally recognized speaker (Ironman Klagenfurt, Youth World Games, Simčič Symposium, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine) and serves as a consultant, trainer, and educator with the National Olympic Committee of Slovenia and the Slovenian Fitness Federation. Leon holds a PhD in Bioorganic and Organic Chemistry and a postgraduate specialization in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Over the years, Cian has deepened his understanding of tea, ritual, sound, and nature-based wellbeing, later running a centre in Nepal where he guided people through yoga, stillness, and a simpler, more attentive way of life.
