Your arrival in Venice will be an unforgettable experience.
A private water taxi will take you directly from the station or airport to the hotel, gliding through the city’s evocative canals.

Evening Program
The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail-an ideal occasion to meet the other participants and get to know The Longevity Camp team, who will present the exciting program for the days ahead.
The evening will continue with a gourmet dinner in the hotel’s elegant restaurant, a refined culinary introduction, reinterpreting Venetian flavors with a contemporary twist to offer you a memorable gastronomic experience.
After dinner, those who wish may enjoy a digestif with a view from the hotel’s stunning rooftop, admiring the shimmering lights reflected in the Venetian lagoon.
Slowness, Stillness, and the Sacred
This day will take us to the Venetian lagoon’s lesser-known and most authentic islands. Historic, quiet, and nature-rich settings will create the perfect backdrop for the day’s themes, offering a chance to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect deeply with ourselves.
Island of the Roses
Our journey will begin in the beautiful natural park of the Island of the Roses, home to the JW Marriott. Among centuries-old trees, olive groves, and Mediterranean scents, we will start the day’s activities guided by our experts, Mike Maric and Alba Chiara De Vitis, in a setting of rare beauty- ideal for deep and restorative learning.
Burano at Sunset – Visit and Dinner
In the late afternoon, we will arrive in Burano, just as the island empties of visitors and is bathed in the warm colors of sunset. We’ll stroll among its colorful houses and quiet canals, soaking in the authentic atmosphere of a place that has preserved its charm.
The evening will continue with dinner in a typical gastronomic restaurant, where we’ll enjoy the genuine flavors of the lagoon’s culinary tradition.
We’ll return with a magical nighttime boat ride under the stars and through the stillness of the lagoon. Back on the Island of the Roses, the JW Marriott will welcome us with its tranquility and elegance-an ideal close to a day full of emotion and beauty.
Soft Training: A Gentle and Restorative Awakening
For those who wish to start the day gradually, our Technogym Top Trainers will lead a revitalizing soft training session in the morning, including stretching, yoga, or pilates, set against the enchanting backdrop of the hotel’s natural park.
Technogym Games: Where Fitness Meets Fun
After a nutritious breakfast, it will be time to get moving with the Technogym Games!
In small groups, we’ll turn fitness into a playful journey, alternating between low- and moderate-intensity movement.
Nutrition, Movement, and Venetian Arts
The rest of the day will unfold in a balance of learning, enjoyment, and creativity.
We will divide into two groups that will alternate between late morning, afternoon, and evening, through a range of experiential activities.
Guided by our nutritionist Olivera Zajelac, we will take part in sessions dedicated to mindful eating, which will include theoretical moments, an engaging cooking class, and a shared meal. One group will prepare and enjoy lunch, while the other will have the experience at dinner time.
At the same time, we will delve deeper into physical activity through theory sessions led by our experts. Among them, a moment will be dedicated to learning how to use the Technogym App-a key tool for monitoring and personalizing your wellness journey. Mastering this app will be essential for the development of your Action Plan, which we will finalize together in the synthesis session on the morning of Day Five.
Finally, we will draw inspiration from beauty and creativity: near Piazza San Marco, we will take part in a traditional mask-making workshop and visit a historic glassmaking furnace, immersing ourselves in two of Venice’s greatest artisanal traditions.

Led by our experts Andrea Bariselli and Olympic Champion Rory Gibbs, the day will begin with an authentic and symbolic experience: learning the art of Traditional Venetian Rowingaboardtheclassic caorlineboats. Traditional Venetian Rowing is not just a physical discipline-it is a true-life art that nurtures self-awareness and resilience.
At the end of this immersive and transformative experience, we will gather for a shared lunch, celebrating the values of discovery and connection.
Venice, Life’s Wise Teacher
In the afternoon, we will explore hidden palaces and historical residences, far from tourist crowds-places steeped in beauty, memory, and resilience.
These exclusive settings will provide the perfect atmosphere for deeper reflection in an intimate and inspiring environment.
Each palace tells a story of reinvention and endurance, mirroring our journey of personal growth and transformation.
Final Evening – Harmonies of Water and Emotion
We will conclude this rich and meaningful day immersed in an atmosphere of beauty, listening, and connection. In a private area of the hotel, nestled within the natural surroundings of the island, we will experience our final evening as a moment of deep presence, reflection, and shared connection. We will be accompanied by pianist and composer Carlos Eslait, who will guide a special music therapy session. His notes will open a space for deep relaxation and mindful awareness, gently setting the tone for the evening. During dinner, held in this same refined and intimate setting, the music will continue to flow softly, creating a subtle dialogue between emotions, reflections, and relationships. This will be a moment to internalize the experiences we’ve lived, give voice to the insights gained, and let ourselves be inspired- together-by the quiet power of the lagoon and the timeless wisdom of Venice.
Action Plan – From Inspiration to Implementation
The morning will be entirely dedicated to building your personal Action Plan-a key part of our journey, where everything learned during the Camp will be transformed into a practical roadmap to bring into your daily life.
Through guided work, each participant will begin to outline their own Longevity Blueprint-a clear and applicable map for integrating habits, tools, and wellness strategies into everyday routines.
We’ll address essential themes such as health tracking, mindful use of technology, habit formation, and long-term support systems. Adding depth to this session will be the exclusive presence of Enej Kusher, who will share his vision and innovative approach to sustainable personal transformation and behavioral change.
It will be a moment of great value, dedicated not only to reflection but to the concrete activation of your conscious longevity path.

At the end of the activities, a private water taxi will be available for you, based on your return schedule, to comfortably take you to the airport, train station, or where you left your car.
