Age Clocks The Nu

Accurately measure biological age, the true marker of ageing.

Biological age tells a deeper story than your calendar age.

It’s a powerful, science-based indicator of how well the body is functioning today and helps indicate risk for age-related conditions. By measuring biological age, you gain insights into the true rate of ageing — enabling more informed strategies, personalised interventions, and measurable outcomes.

MULTI-OMIC AGE CLOCKS

Epigenetic Age Clock

We provide five Epigenetic Age Clocks, developed by the Clock Foundation and TruDiagnostics: GrimAge, SYMPHONYAge, OMICmAge, PhenoAge, DunedinPACE. GrimAge is used in the calculation of Overall Biological Age. This model evaluates ten key ageing-related epigenetic markers for precise tracking and management of biological age.

Blood Age Clock

This clock uses 14 blood biomarkers linked to ageing. A statistical model, trained on large population datasets, relates biomarker levels to chronological age. By comparing individual biomarker profiles to the model, we provide an accurate blood-based age estimate.

Microbiome Age Clock

Studies link higher gut microbial diversity with longer healthspan. Our model combines the Shannon diversity index with the abundance of health-related genera to generate an evidence-based gut microbiome age estimate.

Overall Biological Clock

We combine multiple age clocks: epigenetic, blood, and gut microbiome to deliver a comprehensive biological age. Weighting is applied based on the reliability and ageing relevance of each clock, ensuring the most accurate and actionable result.
