1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the Lifeshift Series mobile application, the website thelongevitycamp.com and related services provided by The Longevity Camp Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. For Family Plan members under 18, the host confirms authority during invitation.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Services may include a 7-day free trial, Annual plan, Under-25 Annual plan, Monthly plan, Family, Family Lite and TLC Plus add-on. Indicative pricing (to be confirmed before publication): Annual €99/year; Under-25 Annual €59/year; Monthly €12/month; Family €179/year; Family Lite €119/year; TLC Plus €149/year add-on.

4. Payment Methods and Auto-Renewal

Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal when implemented, Apple In-App Purchase and BTCPay Server for Bitcoin where available and legally/app-store compliant. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal according to the relevant payment provider rules.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

EU consumer withdrawal rights and refund rules apply where legally required. Annual subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata within 14 days where applicable. After 14 days, refunds are not provided except where required by law. Bitcoin refunds, if legally due, are issued in EUR via SEPA at the applicable exchange-rate methodology to be confirmed by couns

6. Gift System

Users may send free or paid gifts subject to abuse prevention, annual caps and redemption windows. Gifts must be redeemed within 90 days unless counsel requires a longer period or specific refund rights. Gift terms must be disclosed before checkout.

7. TLC Wallet

TLC Credits are closed-loop credits usable only within the Services. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred outside TLC and may be forfeited on account closure. Wallet use is subject to annual caps and anti-fraud rules.

8. Referral Program

Referral rewards are conditional and subject to retention gates. If the referred user cancels within 30 days, the full credit may be clawed back; if they cancel between 30 and 60 days, 50% may be clawed back; after 60 days the credit becomes permanent. This must be disclosed before participation.

9. Family Plan

The Family host is responsible for payment and seat management. Each member keeps a private account. The host does not see member private journey data, biology data, check-ins or streaks, except limited seat status and aggregate group path information.

10. TLC Plus

TLC Plus includes specified vouchers, wallet credit, lab credit and early-bird retreat access. Vouchers do not stack, are non-transferable and expire at the end of the membership year unless counsel requires different wording. Cancellation options must be displayed before purchase.

11. Content License

TLC and its licensors own all video, audio, written material, rituals, curriculum and software. Users receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access content during an active subscription.

12. Lifeshift Live Sessions

Live sessions are booked at the relevant practitioner or Lifeshifter rate. Cancellation and refund rules must be displayed before booking. TLC may retain a platform fee.

13. Marketplace Purchases

Marketplace products may be sold or fulfilled by third-party partner brands. TLC acts as a curated channel unless expressly identified as merchant of record. Fulfilment, warranties and product claims remain the responsibility of the relevant seller, subject to applicable law.

14. health and Medical Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. They provide educational content and wellbeing practices only. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Users should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health, diet, exercise or wellness changes.

15. AI and Generated Content

AI Biology Insight is an educational tool and not a clinical recommendation. Users are responsible for evaluating whether any suggestion is appropriate for them.

16. User Conduct

Users must not post illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading or medical-advice content unless properly verified. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

17. Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time. TLC may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations, fraud, abuse or non-payment, with notice where reasonably practicable.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, TLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Irish law. EU consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their country of residence where applicable.
